Change HC 584 permits courses, training, job shadowing and sports assignments subject to conditions. Under this provision, traineeships are available to participants aged 18 or under for up to 30 days. Activities cannot freely replace regular jobs.
Genuine participation in an Erasmus+ mobility project must be demonstrated. Participants under 18 need written consent from their parent or guardian and home institution for a traineeship or job shadowing.
Clarify the duration, activity and appropriate entry authorisation with the host institution. The visitor route does not automatically cover every study or work stay. Applications made before the effective date are subject to the transitional provisions in the rules.
